Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the annual support and maintenance agreement #202339, for Odyssey Judicial and Jail Software with Tyler Technologies in the amount of $466,194.21 pursuant to Sourcewell cooperative contract #090320 TTI.
Background
The Odyssey platform connects justice organizations in law enforcement, corrections, and supervision for an end-to-end criminal justice solution from dispatch through disposition. This platform has been in place with Williamson County since 2006. Tyler Technologies is the only company to provide maintenance and support for their proprietary and patented software. Support covers the period from October 1st, 2022-September 30th, 2023. IT, legal, contract audit and budget have reviewed this renewal. Funding source is FY23 01.0100.0503.004505.
