Discuss, consider and take any appropriate action regarding termination of Master Service Agreement for Drug Information Management System (DIMS) software from Datagain for Veteran Services and DWI Drug Court and authorize County Judge to sign letter proving 30-day notice of termination.

Background

Approval of this item will terminate the existing contract the county has with Datagain for Drug Information Management Software approved by Commissioner's Court on 10/09/2019 and 12/11/2020. The county has decided to pursue a solution with a new vendor.  Notice of contract termination is attached.  Department contacts are Richard Semple and Alison Gleason.
