Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the quote between Williamson County and IES Communications, LLC for camera cabling at the Williamson County Jail for a total of $106,313.69, pursuant to contract DIR Contract #DIR-CPO-4813, and authorizing the execution of the quote.
Background
The approval of this quote will benefit the Williamson County Jail with further security of category 6 cable to three hundred and twenty (320) camera locations with patch panel connectivity provided and installed. The attached quote has the details of the materials and installation services provided. IT, Legal, Audit and Budget have reviewed the quote.
