Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Renewal Addendum between Williamson County and Idemia Identity & Security for the Annual Help Desk Maintenance Services to support the operations of the Williamson County Attorney's Office, in the amount of $5,538.00, and exempting Idemia Identity & Security from the competitive bidding requirements for said service established by Section 262.024 (a)(7)(D) [Captive Replacement Parts and Components for Equipment] of the Texas Local Government Code Discretionary Exemptions, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
The addendum is for the continuation of annual help desk maintenance for the County Attorney's Live Scan Finger Printing system. The cost is for a total of $5,538.00. The Terms and Conditions are attached. The line expenditure being charged is 01.0100.0475.004505. Legal, Contract Audit, and Budget have reviewed this addendum for FY23.
