Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the agreement between Williamson County and Presidio Networked Solutions Group, LLC, for maintenance of Cisco equipment, for the total amount of $209,370.60, pursuant to the Texas DIR Contract #DIR-TSO-4167.
Background
The renewal of this agreement will benefit Williamson County by supporting maintenance for all Cisco network equipment such as routers, switches, phone system. Agreement provides for technical support and 24-hour replacement in the event of a failure. IT, Legal, Budget and Audit have reviewed this renewal agreement. Funding Source is 01.0100.0503.004500. The department point of contact is Rory Tierney.
