Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for the All District Courts.
Background
Each year we conservatively estimate the next year's payment for the Third Administrative Judicial Region invoice. We typically do not receive notification of the estimate and/or the invoice until after budget adoption. We are under by $1,876.93 and this transfer will facilitate payment of the FY23 invoice.
