Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a Master Services Agreement #202382 with Blackmon Mooring of Austin, Inc. for Emergency Response Property Damage Restoration in the annual not-to-exceed amount of $250,000.00, as per TIPS Contract #22050101 and approving execution of all associated documents.
Background
This Master Service Agreement includes document, books, vital records recovery, and restoration services caused by fire, water, smoke etc., reconstruction, moisture control, microbial remediation, HVAC decontamination & cleaning, debris removal & demo, electronic restoration and telecommunications recovery, industrial equipment restoration, media recovery and project management in case of emergencies. The not-to-exceed amount in this agreement is $250,000 as this is for Emergency Situations. Funding Source will be 01.0100.0509.004510 in addition to various funding sources from other departments and 01.0546.0546.004999 (Animal Shelter).
