Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Master Services Agreement #202383 between Williamson County and Texas AirSystems LLC to provide Comprehensive HVAC Repairs and Related Services to various county facilities in the not-to-exceed amount of $250,000.00 per year for the term of the contract utilizing TIPS contract #TIPS-22010601 and authorizing execution of the agreement.
Background
Texas AirSystems LLC will provide Comprehensive HVAC Repairs and Related Services to include installation, parts and materials on an as needed basis for unforeseen maintenance to the HVAC equipment for county buildings. Funding Source will be 01.0100.0509.004510 in addition to various other departmental funding accounts including Animal Shelter. Department points of contact are Shantil Moore and Christi Stromberg.
