Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving proposal #202386 with Automated Logic Contracting Services, Inc. for the purchase of expanding the Automated Logic WebCTRL Building Automation System at Williamson County, in the amount of $32,591.13 pursuant to BuyBoard Contract #631-20 and authorizing the purchase.

Requisition # 130266 was submitted by the Facilities Management Department to expand the Building Automation System (BAS) at ten (10) locations within Williamson County as listed in the proposal.  Approval of this expansion will allow Williamson County to monitor emergency generators through the existing BAS through necessary engineering, software, hardware and project management. The scope of work includes alarms, graphics, monitoring of emergency generators, hardware, software, engineering, and on-site coordination as defined in proposal. A current Master Service Agreement with Automated Logic Contracting Services, Inc. was approved by Commissioner’s Court on 02-01-2022. Funding source is 01.0100.0509.004509.  Department points of contract are Gina Wrehsnig or Christi Stromberg.
