Background
Williamson County sent out over seven thousand (7,000) notifications with eighty-one (81) document takers and with seven (7) firms submitting a response. The Construction Manager at Risk, (CMAR), services are for the New Headquarters Building for Williamson County. The firms were evaluated, shortlisted and interviewed. Chasco Contractors, Ltd. L.L.P. was the highest rated and was recommended, after negotiations, to move forward with the project and establish a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). Marmon Mok, LP is the architect of record for the project. The County shall pay $35,000.00 to Chasco Contractors, Ltd. L.L.P. for Pre-construction Services. The funding source is P577. Department point of contact is Trenton Jacobs.
