Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving Agreement #202368 for Flooring and Related Services with Flooring Solutions, Inc., an authorized Shaw dealer, for the replacement of flooring in four areas of the Williamson County Jail, 306 W 4th St., Georgetown, TX 78626 in the not-to-exceed amount of $19,439.00 pursuant to cooperative Sourcewell contracts #080819-SII and #080819-TFU and authorizing the purchase.
Background
Requisition #130528 was submitted by the Facilities Management Department to replace flooring at four different areas of the jail to include the jail records room, first floor surveillance room, second floor surveillance room and third floor surveillance room as outlined in the attached proposals. The scope of work includes the demolition and removal of current flooring, installation of new flooring, materials and labor for installation. Funding source is 01.0100.1008.004509. Point of contract is Gina Wrehsnig or Christi Stromberg.
