Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on ratifying and approving the preliminary plat for the Flora Phase 1A subdivision – Precinct 4.

This proposed subdivision consists of 432 lots and 20,503 linear feet of new public roads on 144.99 acres.  Pursuant to the Commissioners Court action taken September 10, 2019, the County Engineer has approved this preliminary plat in order to meet the review timelines set forth in House Bill 3167.

2022-06-01 – 2nd review complete with comments
2022-06-17 – 3rd submittal of preliminary plat
2022-07-01 – 3rd review complete with comments
2022-10-26 – 4th submittal of preliminary plat
2022-11-10 – 4th review complete with comments
2022-11-18 – 5th submittal of preliminary plat
2022-12-01 – 5th review complete with comments clear
2022-12-02 – County Engineer approval letter sent
2022-12-08 – preliminary plat placed on the December 13, 2022 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
