Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the first addendum for the Master Service Agreement approved under agenda item #19 on 9/28/2021 between TK Elevator Corporation and Williamson County for Elevator Inspections and Repair/Maintenance Services, in the not-to-exceed amount of $250,000.00 and as per Omnia Contract #R200502, and authorizing the execution of the addendum. 

Background

This addendum to the Master Services Agreement is covered under Omnia #R200502 and is for the increase of the not-to-exceed-amount from the most recent approved contract which was $72,053.76 approved on 09/28/2021 under agenda item #19, to the new not-to-exceed amount of $250,000.00.  This addendum will also match the initial term and two (2) one-year (12 month) auto-renewals to make it match the terms of the Omnia #R200502 which will take this Master Service Agreement to September 30, 2025. Funding was approved in the FY22 budget. This expenditure may be charged to various funds/ line items, such as, but not limited to: 01.0100.0509.4509, 01.0100.0509.4510, 01.0100.0509.5300 and other department specific line items and projects, if necessary. Facilities Department point of contact is Christi Stromberg.
