Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a new fee for the Parks Department for use of the running track at Southwest Williamson County Regional Park.
Background
In an effort to better manage the increased use of the running track by organized groups at the Southwest Williamson County Regional Park, there is a need to establish a portion of the track (3 lanes) as reservable/rentable space. A newly proposed $15/hourly fee will afford user groups the opportunity to secure the space, while still ensuring track space is available for general public users on a first-come, first-served basis.
