Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving purchase agreement #202396 between Lavi Industries and Williamson County for Qtrac Virtual Queuing and Appointment Software in the amount of $1,788.50 per month, exempting this purchase from the competitive bidding requirements per Texas Local Government Code Section 262.024 (a)(7)(D) captive replacement parts or components for equipment) and authorizing execution of the agreement.

Approval of this item will renew the current subscription with Lavi Industries for the Qtrac Queuing and appointment platform. 
This software is used at seven different locations across the county: The Williamson County Regional Animal Shelter, Elections Department, Justice of the Peace Precinct #3, Justice of the Peace Precinct #4, County Attorney, and the Sheriff's Office.  The platform allows for appointments to be scheduled for customers and has resulted in more customers being seen in shorter periods of time.  This software subscription will cover the months of January through September 2023.  Total cost for the nine-month subscription is $16,096.50.  Professional Services hourly rates are $275.00 for any additional services.  IT, legal, contract audit and budget have reviewed this purchase.  This expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.0503.004505 as per FY23 budget.  Department contact is Minnie Beteille.
