Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving agreement #2023105 between Williamson County and Idemia Identity and Security USA LLC for LiveScan and Digicap Software Maintenance and Support in the amount of $3,459.00 and authorizing the execution of the agreement and addendum.
Background
The approval of this maintenance and support agreement will benefit the Williamson County Juvenile Justice Center with the extension of the LiveScan Ruggedized Mugshot Capture and Printer. The system captures biometric identity information such as fingerprints, palm prints, and mugshots. This agreement will extend the services though 02.23.2024. The total cost is $3,459.00. Legal, Contract Audit, Auditor's Office and IT have approved this agreement and addendum. The line item expenditure is being charged to 01.0100.0576.003011. The department point of contact is Roberto Lopez.
