Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the purchase agreement #2023134 for furniture for the Sheriff's Office from Facilities Resource, Inc. in the amount of $50,965.67 pursuant to OMNIA Partners contracts #2019.001896, #R180401 and TIPS contracts #180305, #200301, and authorizing execution of the quote.
Background
Approval of this item will support operations at the Williamson County Sheriff's Office. Facilities Resource, Inc. is an authorized dealer for Kimball International, Ergonomic Solutions, Inc., VIA Seating, Inc. and 9to5 Seating, LLC. The quote is attached outlining the different pieces of furniture to be purchased. Budget, Legal and Contract Audit have reviewed this purchase. This expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.0560.003005 per the FY23 budget. Department point of contact is Chief Pat Erickson.
