Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the preliminary plat for the Solara Townhomes at Horizon private subdivision – Precinct 3.

Background

This proposed private subdivision consists of 1 lot for 16 townhome units and 132 feet of new private roads on 1.79 acres.  The property is currently platted and known as Lot 8, Block N, of the Highland Horizon Phase IV subdivision.  This preliminary plat proposes a further subdivision of the existing platted lot.

2022-09-15 – initial submittal of the preliminary plat
2022-10-14 – 1st review complete with comments
2022-12-07 – 2nd submittal of preliminary plat
2022-12-21 – 2nd review complete with comments
2023-01-24 – 3rd submittal of preliminary plat
2023-02-02 – 3rd review complete with comments clear
2023-02-02 – preliminary plat placed on the February 7, 2023 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
