Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving agreement #2023139 between Williamson County and DNN, LLC for website license, support and renewal, in the amount of $35,532.25, and authorizing execution of the agreement.
Background
Approval of this item will support the continued operations of the Williamson County websites while the new content management platform is in development. Expected launch of new platform is mid-July. Renewal of this license is required until the transition. Three (3) quotes were solicited for this purchase. This is a content management software for the public facing websites for the County listed below. Term is 03.21.2023 through 03.20.2024. Quote is attached that outlines the software license, maintenance and support fees. IT, Legal, contract audit, and budget have reviewed this purchase. This expenditure will be charged to 01.0100.0503.004505 as per FY23 budget. Department contact is Ben Wassink.
