Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the extension of contract #1612-131 Payroll Services for Existing Temporary Labor, renewal period four (4), for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract that was awarded to Evins Personnel Consultants, Inc., DBA Openwork, for the 12-month term of April 19, 2023 – April 18, 2024, and authorizing execution of the renewal agreement.
Background
This is the fourth and final extension for this contract. The Election Services Department has confirmed the vendor met all of the County requirements on this contract and requests renewal. The Funding Sources are 01.0100.0492.004100, 01.0375.0375.004100, 01.0376.0376.004100 and 01.0377.0377.004100. The department Point of Contact is Chris Davis and Vikki Farrow.
