Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Interlocal Agreement (ILA) between Williamson County and the City of Round Rock relating to the Southwest Williamson County Regional Park water meter relocation project and authorizing execution of the ILA.

Approval of this ILA will authorize Williamson County to cost-share with the City of Round Rock to relocate the existing water meter onto County owned property to help ensure sufficient and accurate calculation of water supply to the park.  Maximum cost to Williamson County is $40,000.  Funding source is 01-0100-0509-004509.  The agreement was reviewed and approved by Williamson County Legal and Contract Audit.
