Background
The recommendation from the RFP Evaluation Committee is to award Allied Electric Services as Primary and Doyle Electric, LLC as Backup for the Electrical Infrastructure Maintenance & Installation Services “As Needed” Primary and Backup contract under RFP #23RFP11 for electrical trade services including repair, maintenance, remodeling, and construction services. The solicitation documents and vendor’s response will serve as the contract documents per Legal Department's advice. Initial contract term shall run through 9/30/24 with three (3) 1-year renewals available. Budgeted amount: $500,000.00. Funding Sources: 01.0100.0509.004509, 01.0100.0509.004510.
