Background
The amount of $37,688.55 is being transferred out of Non-Departmental (409) and is the residual left from the salary dollars and fringe lines budgeted for Salary Study 5b. The additional $44,523.85 needed is being transferred from Contingencies. The amounts needed on the position changes spreadsheet are the annual totals needed. The total amount on the line item transfer is $82,212.40, which is the amount of funding to finish FY23. See attached documentation for additional details.
