Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing the Purchasing Agent to advertise and receive sealed proposals for Applicant Tracking System under RFP #23RFP63.
Background
Williamson County is currently seeking a Software as a Service (SaaS) vendor to provide an Applicant Tracking System to improve efficiencies in the recruitment cycle. The identified system will be required to possess a highly configurable, scalable solution that can configure to our management processes and is capable of accommodate our evolving needs as our organization continues to grow and our processes change. If approved for FY 24 funding, any possible resulting contract shall commence on October 1, 2023. The funding source is to be determined pending FY24 budget approval and the point of contact is Laura Drewey.
