Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approval of the final plat for the Lariat Section 5 subdivision – Precinct 2.

Background

This is the next section of the Lariat (aka Northgate Ranch Phase 2) development.  It consists of 37 lots, 1 drainage lot, 3 open space lots, 1 landscape lot and 2,850 linear feet of new roads.  Roadway and drainage construction is not yet complete, but a performance bond in the amount of $1,064,366.09 has been posted with the County to cover the cost of the remaining construction.

2022-08-19 – initial submittal of the final plat
2022-09-16 – 1st review complete with comments
2022-10-31 – 2nd submittal of final plat
2022-11-15 – 2nd review complete with comments
2023-01-26 – 3rd submittal of final plat
2023-02-10 – 3rd review complete with comments 
2023-03-22 – 4th submittal of final plat with signatures
2023-03-29 – 4th review complete with comments clear
2023-03-26 – final plat placed on the April 4, 2023 Commissioners Court agenda for consideration
