The lease terms are for five (5) years initially commencing on April 1, 2023, and ending at midnight on March 31, 2028, with two (2) additional five (5) one-year renewals for $30,000.00 per year, paid in monthly amounts of $2,500.00 plus $78.32 additional rent for real property taxes.
