Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Services and Purchase Contract #2023189 between Data Projections, Inc. and Williamson County for the DPI Gold Annual Maintenance for all Courtroom AV systems for the not-to-exceed amount of $48,600.00, pursuant to TIPS Contract #210101 and authorizing the execution of the Contract.
Background
Approval of this maintenance agreement will support the operations at the Williamson County Courts in all Courtrooms, the Grand Jury Room at Tele-Justice Center, all Justice of the Peace Courts, GT Annex and the Juvenile Justice Courtroom in the County by providing remote and on-site technical support of specified audio/video (AV) systems. The term of this agreement is from 12/1/2022 through 11/30/2023. The attached addendum and quote define the details of this agreement. Legal, Contract Audit, IT and Budget have reviewed this agreement. Funding source is 01.0100.0503.004500 as per FY 23 budget. The Department points of contact are Richard Semple or Don Heflin.
