Background
Williamson County Facilities Management Department is requesting to enter into an agreement for Fire Alarm Monitoring with Johnson Controls Protection LP with the initial term beginning from the date of award by the Commissioners Court until April 22, 2025. Total cost for two (2) years is approximately $24,476.00 however, the not to-exceed amount (NTE) of $25,000.00 will allow for any additional unexpected expenses. Funding source 01.0100.0509.004500.
