Background
Approval of this item will support the operations of the Williamson County Auditor's Office. The Vertex Payroll Tax Q Series software feeds data into the Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP) based on changes to state and federal tax tables and laws to ensure employees are paid correctly. The Vertex platform has been utilized and integrated into the Oracle platform for many years. This purchase is for the annual service. Service period covers the term of 8/1/2023 through 7/31/2024. IT, Legal, Contract Audit, and Budget have reviewed this purchase. Funding Source is 01.0100.0503.004505 as per FY23 budget. Department point of contact is Julie Kiley.
