Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on authorizing the extension of Contract #T4116 Pre-Coating Mixture Asphalt, renewal option period 2, for the same terms and conditions as the existing contract per attached documentation and spreadsheet, with Waller County Asphalt, Inc., for the 12-month term of 06/14/23 – 06/13/24 and authorizing the execution of the extension.
Background
This is the second extension for this contract. The Road and Bridge Department has confirmed that the vendor met all of the County's requirements on this contract and requests renewal. Funding Source is 01.0200.0210.003550. Department Point of Contact is Terron Evertson.
