Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the extension of Mowing for County Right of Ways Contract #22IFB102, Renewal option period #1, with RHB Construction for the term of June 01, 2023 – June 01, 2024, for the same pricing, terms and conditions as the existing contract per attached spreadsheet, and authorizing the execution of the extension.
Background
This is the first extension for this contract. Road and Bridge Department has confirmed that the vendor has met all of the County requirements on this contract and requests renewal. Funding Source is 01.0200.0210.003541. The department Point of Contact is Terron Evertson.
