Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving the Services Contract #2023193 for asbestos survey and consulting services on the Old DPS at 516 Pine Street, Georgetown, TX 78626 and the Historic Jail at 102 West Third Street and 312 South Main Street, Georgetown, TX 78626 by Separation Systems Consultants, Inc., in the not-to-exceed amount of twenty-nine thousand two hundred and eleven dollars ($29,211.00) via TIPS coop contract #200601 and authorizing the execution of this contract. Funding sources are P610 and 445P.

Background

Facilities Management submitted requisition #131399 for asbestos surveying, reporting, abatement, oversight and monitoring and closeout report for the Old DPS Building Remodel in the amount of $12,159.00. Also, requisition # 131461 for the same services for Williamson County Historic Jail in the amount of $17.052.00. TIPS cooperative has verified both proposals. Legal, Contract Audit and Auditors have approved this contract. Funding Sources are P610 and 445P. The point of contact is Wendy Danzoy.
