Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving the Addendum to Service Agreement proposal between Williamson County and Carrier Corporation for HVAC Annual Preventative Maintenance and Inspection Services in the not-to-exceed amount of $54,200.00 for the term of April 1, 2023 - September 30, 2024, utilizing Sourcewell contract #070121 and authorizing the execution of this agreement.
Background
Attached quote would provide Williamson County the opportunity to utilize Carrier Corporation to conduct quarterly inspections and annual preventative maintenance to the specified twelve (12) Air Cooled Chillers/HVAC units at the following Williamson County buildings: Cedar Park Annex, Justice Center, Sheriff Office and Jail and Emergency Services Operations Center through fiscal year 24.
