Background
This license agreement is to allow Parkside on the River Master Community, Inc. to install and maintain landscaping and irrigation within the rights-of-way of the Parkside on the River Phases 2 & 3 subdivision. It is in addition to an existing license agreement with Parkside on the River Master Community, Inc. that was previously approved in Commissioners Court in agenda item 24 on April 12, 2022.
