Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action to approve the Services Agreement for the Time and Materials Amendment to Agreement #2022238 between Williamson County and Questica, Ltd. for budget software configuration and implementation services for a total of $4,999.99, pursuant to the ILA with Riverside County Transportation Commission, and authorizing the execution of the Amendment.
Background
Approval of this Amendment will support the operations of the Williamson County Budget Office in the implementation and deployment of their new budget software, Questica. The original ILA contract #2022238 was approved in Commissioners Court on 8/16/2022. The attached Amendment describes in detail the professional services to be performed. Funding source is 01.0100.0503.004100 as per FY23 budget. The point of contact is Ashlie Holladay.
