Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on awarding RFP #23RFP30 Hazard Mitigation Update Granting Writing and Management Services to H2O Partners, Inc., in the not-to-exceed amount of $88,000.00, and authorize the execution of the agreement.

Five (5) responses were received to this solicitation.  H2O Partners, Inc. was the highest scoring respondent.  This recommended agreement shall provide grant writing and administrative services to the Emergency Management Department for updating the County’s Hazard Mitigation Plan.  A fee of $2,500.00 shall be paid to H2O Partners, Inc. for the grant writing portion of the scope of work.  Upon the successful award of the grant, H2O Partners, Inc. shall be paid $85,500.00 for the development of the Hazard Mitigation Plan.  The funding source is 01.0100.0541.004100 and the point of contact is Cassandra Edwards.
