Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on approving a twenty-eight (28) day extension to contract #2023158 (approved on 4/4/23 Commissioners Court Agenda #34) with Tetra Tech, Inc. for Emergency Disaster Debris Monitoring due to winter storm Mara in order to allow additional time to complete expected work and authorizing the execution of the extension.

Background

The Emergency Services Agreement #2023158 for Debris Monitoring is set to expire sixty (60) days from the Notice To Proceed dated 3/28/2023, which will be 5/26/23. The extension of the agreement is to allow additional time to complete the process of addressing debris caused by winter storm Mara which may include, but not limited to, emergency field debris monitoring services, related management, and accounting services. Funding Source is 01.0100.0409.004987.  Department point of contact: Terron Evertson
