Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on the establishment of Williamson County Emergency Services District No. 13, including but not limited to acceptance of Petition for Creation of Emergency Services District No. 13, and calling for an election on November 7, 2023 regarding creation of said District and imposition of a maximum tax rate of ten cents per hundred dollar valuation.
Background
On April 11, 2023, the Commissioners Court set the date, time and place for a public hearing regarding the creation of Williamson County Emergency Services District No. 13.
