Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing the termination of an agreement with Assembled Products Corporation dba Spray Master Technologies for a disinfecting pump system and chemicals, effective after 30 days, and that appropriate officials take necessary actions to execute this termination of agreement.
Background
The contract as it stands is not effective in keeping the system running and therefore, not a financially responsible option.
