Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on authorizing an amendment to Services Contract #2023238 for Asbestos Abatement for the Old DPS Building between Building Abatement Demolition Company, Inc. and Williamson County to include the Game Warden Office, thus increasing the not-to-exceed amount to Eighteen Thousand Five Hundred Sixty-Two Dollars and Two Cents ($18,562.02) pursuant to TIPS Contract #211001.
Background
This is an amendment to the original contract #2023238 for asbestos abatement project at the Old DPS Building to include the Game Warden Office which is on the same site. Funding Source is 445P/Old DPS/445A/12 Construction. The point of contact is Christy Matoska.
