(the Assignor), and K Friese & Associates, LLC (the Assignee) in relation to Transportation Corridor H - Sam Bass Road Project, being dated effective March 13, 2017; Transportation Corridor I2 from US 183 to SH 29 Project, being dated effective March 10, 2020; and On Call Design Engineering Services for Small Drainage and Small Roadway Projects, being dated effective June 2, 2022.
Background
K Friese & Associates, Inc. has changed is entity status to K Friese & Associates, LLC and is now a wholly owned subsidiary of H.W. Lochner. They are still operating under their existing Tax ID. They are requesting approval of assigning all contract terms and responsibilities relating to Transportation Corridor H - Sam Bass Road Project [P462], being dated effective March 13, 2017; Transportation Corridor I2 from US 183 to SH 29 Project [P344], being dated effective March 10, 2020; and On Call Design Engineering Services for Small Drainage and Small Roadway Projects, being dated effective June 2, 2022, to K Friese & Associates, LLC.
