Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on extending the Professional Services Agreement (PSA) #2023270 with Ghulam M. Khan, M.D. for Psychiatric Medical Services at the Williamson County Jail for the not-to-exceed amount of $84,744.00 for the term of October 1, 2023 - September 30, 2024, and exempting this service from competitive bidding requirements as per Texas Local Government Code Sec. 2254.002 (2)(A)(v) Medicine, and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
The extension of this agreement for these services with Ghulam Khan, M.D. will benefit the Williamson County Jail with psychiatric medical services. General Counsel, Contract Audit and Budget have reviewed this addendum. Funding source is 01.0100.0570.004116 as per FY24 budget. The Department Point of Contact is Kathleen Pokluda.
