Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on extending the Renewal Addendum Professional Services Agreement (PSA) #2023271 with Todd C. Harris, P.C. for Dental Services at the Williamson County Jail for the not-to-exceed amount of $98,500.00 for the term of October 1, 2023 - September 30, 2024, and exempting this service from competitive bidding requirements as per Texas Local Government Code Sec. 2254.002 (2)(A)(v) Medicine and authorizing the execution of the agreement.
Background
The extension of the Renewal Addendum will benefit the Williamson County Jail with dental services with Todd C. Harris, P.C. General Counsel, Contract Audit and Budget have reviewed this addendum. Funding source is 01.0100.0570.003317 as per FY24 budget. The department point of contact is Kathleen Pokluda.
