Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a Contract Amendment No. 6 to the Utility Coordination/Relocation Services contract between Williamson County and Cobb, Fendley & Associates, Inc. relating to the Corridor and Road Bond Programs. Project: On-Call. Fund Source: Corridor & Road Bonds.
Background
This Contract Amendment No. 6 increases the compensation cap by $3,100,000.00 from $8,500,000.00 to $11,600,000.00. This will allow the utility coordinator Cobb, Fendley & Associates to continue providing utility coordination and engineering services on an on-call basis for the Corridor and Road Bond Program projects through July 2024. The increase includes $110,834.49 for FY23 Road Bond activities and $52,761.69 for FY23 Corridor Program activities, due to increased coordination efforts. The remainder is based on an estimated average monthly invoicing of around $250,000.00 for FY24. This Amendment also adjusts their Exhibit D Rate Schedule to add five new sub-consultant rate sheets.
