Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on Supplemental Work Authorization No 5 to Work Authorization 4 under Williamson County Contract between Cobb Fendley & Associates, Inc. and Williamson County dated July 16, 2019 for On Call Utility Coordination and Relocated for All Williamson County Road and Bridge Capital Improvement Projects. This supplemental is to extend the expiration date to July 31, 2026 and increase the maximum amount payable to $300,000.00. Funding source: Capital Projects.
