Discuss, consider and take appropriate action on a report from G2 Construction for the Old DPS Remodel project (ARPA 445P/445A/12), First Amended and Restated Contract for Construction for a time extension of 270 days and for $702,000. Funding Source is 445P/44A/Old DPS Remodel/12.
Background
This amendment and restated agreement is to increase funds by $267,000 and add 270 days to substantial completion. Changes are required due to construction remodel issues resulting in changes to original scope. Department point of contact is Thomas Crockett, Facilities Management Project Manager. Funding for this project is 445P/445A Old DPS Remodel/12.
