Background
The B2Z Contract Amendment No. 1 increases the compensation cap by $40,000.00 from $800,000.00 to $840,000.00 to account for a new Work Authorization #4 for services on the Corridor C (SH 29 Bypass) project. No other changes are proposed at this time.
