Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on approving a Limited Market Release Agreement with Eitan Medical North America Inc.
Background
WilCo EMS utilizes IV pumps manufactured by Eitan Medical to administer certain medications. Eitan Medical has developed a new software that allows users to remotely program/update the IV pumps. This agreement would allow the EMS department to have a 90-day trial to utilize the software for evaluation. There is no cost. The agreement has been reviewed by WilCo Legal.
