This proposed subdivision consists of 214 single family lots, 1 open space/water quality/drainage/landscape/utility lot, 4 drainage/open space/landscape/ utility lots, 7 open space/landscape/utility lots and 15,211 linear feet of new roads on 115.80 acres.
