Discuss, consider, and take appropriate action on a line item transfer for the Corrections Department.
Background
This transfer is being requested to cover the cost of leasing a new sharp desktop copier for the Williamson County Jail sergeant's office. Per IT, the current printer which is used by 4 shifts 24/7, is not functioning and parts are hard to locate for repair. It was recommended that it would be more cost-effective to request a sharp desktop copier instead of purchasing a new printer.
